CaseTrack is a complete case management platform built for law firms, chambers, and solo practitioners who need to move away from spreadsheets and paper files. It brings every part of a legal practice's daily workflow — cases, courts, hearings, clients, documents, tasks, and billing — into a single, organized system.

From the moment a new case is opened, CaseTrack keeps it linked to its court, assigned lawyers, hearing schedule, related documents, and billing records, so nothing falls through the cracks. Upcoming hearings and pending tasks surface directly on the dashboard, giving lawyers and staff a clear view of what needs attention each day. Client records, invoices, payments, and expenses are tracked side by side, so firms can see case progress and case profitability in the same place.

The system is built on Django with a Bootstrap 5 interface, a REST API for integrations, and production-ready essentials like role-based access, activity logging, and PDF/Excel export — making it suitable both as a ready-to-deploy product and as a foundation developers can extend for a specific firm's workflow.
