Customers can browse food categories and menu items, view detailed food information, check availability, add items to their shopping cart, provide special instructions, place orders for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery, and monitor their order progress through a detailed status timeline.

On the management side, restaurant owners and authorized staff can manage menus, categories, tables, customer orders, inventory, suppliers, purchase orders, employees, shifts, attendance, leave requests, payroll, performance reviews, and business analytics.

The system also includes role-based access control for administrators, managers, chefs, waiters, cashiers, and customers, allowing each type of user to access the functions appropriate to their responsibilities.
